Helen Cheung-Lin Eng

Helen Cheung Lin Eng, 90, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 in Irvine, CA. Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother was born in China and immigrated to the U.S. with her family in 1963. A seamstress by trade, Helen was best known for her joyful personality, her fierce loyalty and caring for family and friends, and her wonderful cooking. Everyone remembers her cooking as all were welcome to come share a meal, and they always got way more food that they expected. She also loved watching her vegetable garden grow and loved blooming flowers. Helen is reunited in heaven with husband, Tze Keung Eng, and daughter, Mary Eng Doyle. She is survived by son, Joseph Eng and his wife Peggy; son Bob Eng; son-in-law Steve Doyle and grandchildren, Ally Doyle and Matt Doyle Service to be held on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at 4:00 pm at the Chinese Baptist Church of Central Orange County, 12012 Yale Ct., Irvine, CA. Interment will be at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, 255 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ on Saturday, August 6 at 11:30 am.
