Lynn Hannan died Jan 21, 221 in Lakewood California. Lynn Hannan was born Ruth Celine Tan on September 19, 1947 in Kuching, Malaysia to the parents of John Tan and Elsie Jane Jolly. Lynn is survived by her husband, John Hannan, son, Phillip Hannan, daughter-in-Law, Patricia Knapp Hannan, sister, Anne Ward, brother, Sinclair Tan, sister, Veronica Tan. Lynn immigrated to the US in 1965 with her family. She graduated from Long Beach City College, where she met John Hannan and later married John in 1971 at All-Saints Episcopal Church Long Beach CA. She had her first and only Child, Phillip Hannan in 1972. She worked for the Bank of America, starting out as the complaints window and working her way up to Vice President of the Bank of America foundation, in charge of all Southern California. She was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Long Beach from 1974. She became the lady that sent cards to the parish for both sad and happy occasions. Her cards were always so personable, you felt she was writing about you and no one else. We are devastated with her loss, but know she is no longer suffering in pain from the many health obstacles she fought valiantly to overcome. Due to Covid-19 we will be doing services at a to be determined date.
