Wendy Ann Antonitis, later changed to Wendy-Ann Antanaitis, because she was a "little kooky" and was infatuated with her Lithuanian heritage, was born on June 11, 1962 in Darby, Pa. She was shipped from Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital by my parents to Quaint Street, Secane, Pa. until she was 2 years old . She then moved to Warminster, Pa until 1971. I felt it was my calling, as her big brother, to bug the crap out of her every chance I got. I must have done a great job because I recently found, what I think is her 3rd grade picture.  On the back of it she wrote, "I hate Gary!" She always had a knack for writing! She had beautiful white blonde hair as a little girl. I used to push the hair back on her face, exposing her forehead and called her "Ben Franklin"! She loved that. When I was not bugging her, she would play with her little sister Maria and her friends, go to school, ride her banana bike, have a crush on Davy Jones and Paul McCartney (who I would tell her had just died) and play with Barbie dolls. From there she wore bell-bottoms, got confirmed, watched The Flying Nun and moved to San Antonio at 9 years old. She spent most of her time at Baskin-Robbins and joined the Brownies. As a freshman in high school, she developed this huge crush on this Irish guy from the Bay City Rollers, Ian Mitchell. At 14 she moved to New Jersey and it was then my relationship changed with her when I drove her and her tartan-pants-dressed obsessed friends to a Bay City Rollers concert in Philadelphia in 1977. From that day on I could do "almost" nothing wrong. Oh, and she would later marry one of those Bay City Rollers, Ian Mitchell! Wendy could do so much when she put her mind to it!

She loved dogs- she adopted about 5. She had a crush on each Pope. She had a strong pro-life, Christian, moral compass. She told a great story and had a quick wit. She loved her family, especially her nieces and nephews, friends and rats! Although, maybe not in that order? She worked as a receptionist for a short time before she became Ian's agent. He passed in 2020 and she was devastated by his loss and never fully recovered. The Good Lord reunited them on July 10, 2026, when she unexpectedly passed and went to Heaven at the "relatively" young age of 64. I will miss her impressions, her candor and her weirdly shaped feet. I hope to see you in heaven, but not too soon. Love you, your big pain in the butt brother!
