Tina Morey and Lisa Doherty were such a great help when we reached out to Pacific Cremation Services after my father passed on 12/26/22. Even though it was the holidays, they returned inquiry calls immediately (when other companies weren't courteous enough to reply) and met with us when we were available. I handled my uncle's arrangements and worked with Valeria and Tina. They were compassionate, attentive and easy to work with. The entire process was simple, affordable and smooth. On behalf of our family, I would like to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to Maureen, Loretta, Erika, and Leah for all their prompt, compassionate, and professional care and service before and after the passing of our dear mother/mother-in-law. From the first phone call months ago to the last one, each person guided us through the necessary steps of preparing for and ultimately saying goodbye to Mom. With the overwhelming demand placed on the cremation and funeral industries because of Covid, we were fortunate to avoid any issues regarding Mom’s transition to her eternal resting place, thanks to the insight and guidance of Maureen and her team members. Facing the decline of my 100 year old mother was difficult. But the stress was certainly lessened by Pacific Cremation Society, Maureen and Leah. When the inevitable day came, Pacific promptly arranged the transportation and the appropriate government filings. There was nothing my wife and I had to do. The process took less than a week. WE are thankful for their efficiency and are now planning to set up arrangements for ourselves so that our children will be afforded the same conveniences. Here's hoping we won't need the services for many years.

Recently my aunt in Dana Point passed away. Regrettably she has no next of kin in the States and we here in Ireland were advised of her death by Orange County Coroner. I was unable to travel to California as I was caring for a terminally ill relative and was at a loss as to what to do from so far away so the Public Administrator put us in touch with Pacific Cremation Society who from the word go guided us through the entire process. My first encounter with the funeral home was with the wonderful Maureen Russo who right from the start "held my hand" through what turned out to be a more difficult process than first thought. She allayed any fears I had about the treatment of my aunts remains and I truly feel that she was given the utmost respect. As my aunt was deeply religious Maureen arranged for a priest to come to the funeral home and say prayers. I also had the issue of clearing out her apartment, again I turned to Maureen who put me in touch Nate Morrissey from Blue Sky Estate Liquidation Services, a company of the same caliber as PCS. To return my aunt's cremains to Ireland proved to be a mammoth task which Maureen took in her stride and with great difficultly and much "red tape" she was finally able to get my aunt back home to Dublin where her ashes were interred in the grave along side her parents. I shall be forever indebted to Maureen and all the staff at PCS who showed nothing but the utmost compassion for my situation.
